A fast growing AI and data platform business is scaling its delivery leadership as demand grows across sectors including financial services, retail, telecoms, healthcare and insurance.
The company builds AI and data platform solutions that help organisations unlock the value of their data. As adoption of the platform grows, they are looking for a Head of Platform Delivery to shape how these solutions are delivered to clients at scale.
This role sits at the centre of the business, working closely with engineering, data science, product and client teams. Alongside leading platform implementations, you will help build the delivery framework that supports multiple client deployments as the platform continues to grow.
The Role ·Turning client Statements of Work into structured delivery plans and implementation programmes ·Leading platform implementations with senior client stakeholders ·Creating clear delivery frameworks and governance across multiple deployments ·Coordinating engineering and data team capacity to support delivery commitments ·Managing delivery risks, milestones and escalation points ·Feeding insights from client implementations back into product development
Requirements
·Experience delivering within SaaS, data platform or technology led environments ·Proven experience leading complex client implementations or transformation programmes end to end ·Comfortable operating cross functionally with engineering, product and data teams ·Able to operate at both a strategic and hands on level, shaping delivery while remaining close to execution ·Brings structure to ambiguity, with the ability to establish and scale delivery frameworks as the organisation grows
