ERP Project Manager (SAP S/4HANA Migration)

We're supporting a leading business undertaking a major enterprise transformation to appoint an experienced SAP S/4HANA Migration Project Manager.

This is a high-impact role leading the delivery of a business-critical ERP migration programme. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end project, ensuring successful planning, governance, and execution while maintaining business continuity throughout the transition.

Working across multiple functions including Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain, you'll coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver a future-ready platform that supports long-term growth and performance.

• Develop and maintain programme plans, milestones, and resource allocation
• Establish governance structures, reporting, and escalation processes
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external implementation partners
• Oversee testing, cutover, and go-live readiness activities
• Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget, * 15-16 month fixed-term contract
• Hybrid working with some site presence required
• Programme start targeted for May 2026
• High-visibility role working with senior leadership and key stakeholders
