Job description

Lioness Recruitment - careers handled with care. A large public sector organisation committed to technological advancement are looking for an experienced Lead Developer with expertise in Dynamics CRM Online/365 to own the CRM platform architecture, service, and overall performance. This role will require an onsite presence in the region of 2 days per week working from Head Office in North London, with the rest of the week working remotely.

Your main responsibilities will be to take complete ownership of the Dynamics 365 platform by leading development and support activity. You will manage third party CRM developers and contracts, take ownership of the platform architecture, be responsible for maintaining and creating appropriate technical documentation and work closely with the project team and BAU to ensure solution handover is streamlined. You will also be responsible for conducting code reviews and testing new functionality.

Requirements

  • Extensive demonstrable experience of Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 development within a large, fast paced environment
  • Office 365, SSRS, SSIS & SharePoint
  • Azure DevOps, TFS (Team Foundation Server), SQL Server Management Studio, process control tools & Scribe
  • MS Power Platform - PowerApps, Power Automate etc
  • Leadership of a development team using technologies such as: .Net/C#, JavaScript, T-SQL, FetchXML, WCF/SOAP web services, XML, etc
  • Knowledge of housing software systems would be highly desirable, although not essential; as would ITIL or relevant Microsoft certifications
