Tasks

• Lead the SAP development team and define innovation strategy.
• Ensure the quality and performance of SAP developments.
• Drive innovation initiatives in AI, cloud, and automation., The Team Leader Tech & Innovation SAP leads the SAP development team and defines the innovation strategy around the SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, BTP, AI, integrations). He/she ensures the quality and performance of developments, supports the skills development of developers, and drives innovation initiatives to optimize existing solutions and create new high value-added services.

Responsibilities:

Manage and support the dev & innovation team

Ensure the quality and performance of SAP developments

Define technical standards and best practices

Lead innovation initiatives (AI, cloud, automation…)

• Strong expertise in SAP, S/4HANA, and leadership skills required.
• Proficient in SAP BTP, integrations, and APIs essential.
• Experience in DevOps and software quality governance preferred., The future Team Leader must imperatively master:

Technical leadership and SAP team management

SAP expertise: S/4HANA, ABAP, Fiori, CDS, OData

SAP BTP, integrations & APIs

Architecture & standards (Clean Core, extensibility)

Software quality, governance & DevOps
