Job description

As a temporary working student you support the EHS, Quality & Security team of SE GS C CD&NUC (Controls, Digitalization and Nuclear I&C) team within Siemens Energy's Gas Services division. You willl concentrate on two core areas: data analytics & visualization in Power BI dashboards and digital content management, maintenance and development of the team's internal SharePoint Online website. Given the focus on these specific digital tools, the ideal candidate will be a currently enrolled student with foundational skills or a strong interest in Microsoft Power BI and SharePoint Online. Practical experience in these areas, even from academic or personal projects, will be highly valued. How You'll Make an Impact

  • Collaborate with the EHS, Quality & Security team to gather requirements for data reporting and visualization
  • Design, create, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI connecting to various data sources
  • Provide support and basic troubleshooting for users of the Power BI dashboards
  • Maintain, update and develop the content and user permissions concept of the internal SharePoint Online website for the SE GS C CD&NUC GBF EQS department
  • Assist team members with content creation and best practices for using the SharePoint platform

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical or business field
  • First practical experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or SharePoint Online through university projects, internships, or personal initiative is highly advantageous
  • Good Problem Solving and Communication Skills
  • Initiative and Self-Direction
  • Strong command of the English language; German language skills are considered a plus
