• Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT-Betriebs inkl. 1st/2nd-Level-Support

• Steuerung von Incident-, Problem- und Serviceprozessen

• Verantwortung für Verfügbarkeit, Datensicherheit und Backups

• Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, Netzwerk, Security)

• Planung und Umsetzung von System-Rollouts und Infrastrukturprojekten

• IT-Asset- und Lifecycle-Management

• Aufbau und Pflege von IT-Dokumentation und Notfallkonzepten
