Technical Documentation & Storage Professional

The Documentation and Storage Professional is responsible for independently carrying out all operational and organisational tasks relating to the statutory storage and archiving of aircraft maintenance documentation.

• Digitisation, archiving and storage of all technical maintenance documents for the existing fleets
• Acquisition and implementation of maintenance records for new aircraft
• Cross-departmental coordination, management, monitoring and quality assurance of documentation to be archived
• Ensuring a filing system and optimising the database
• Cross-departmental procurement of required, archived maintenance documentation
• Participation in project work regarding warehouse expansion, digital and external archiving
• Development and implementation of concepts and proposed solutions for the areas of documentation, storage and archiving
• Compiling documentation on schedule for the annual Airworthiness Review of all aircraft in the G-fleet / EI-fleet and forwarding it to the Quality Department at DHLAir / ASL
• Creating L-files for the D-fleet in accordance with the requirements of the German authorities, and updating and maintaining them on schedule
• Providing and preparing maintenance documentation for internal / external audits and aircraft certifications

• Vocational training in a relevant field and several years' relevant professional experience, or a degree and many years' relevant professional experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and TRAX
• Excellent command of German and English
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Systematic and analytical thinking
• Motivated, flexible and reliable
• Ability to work independently
