Job description
As an LSS Subject Matter Expert (Delivery Senior Specialist) on the Implementation Security Services (ISS) team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the next generation centralized access, authorization, and user provisioning solution for Amadeus Hospitality products: Central Identity Access Management (CIAM), Amadeus Hospitality's Single Sign-on (SSO) solution.
CIAM integrates our logon and security stack (LSS) with hosted, or customer owned Identify Providers, providing our customer end users with easy, secure access to our solutions from one login.
As a part of the ISS team, you will help define how security and customer onboarding intersect. You will help shape scalable, secure solutions that empower our clients and elevate their experience from day one.
As an ISS Specialist you will:
- Participate in the deployment of security solutions including Logon and Security Server (LSS) and Single Sign-On (SSO), enabling customers to securely onboard Amadeus Hospitality products.
- Partner with internal teams and external clients to align technical goals, eliminate roadblocks, and ensure successful product launches.
- Participate in developing the implementation lifecycle-from planning and scoping to execution and delivery-resolving challenges and driving project success.
- Work with teams to design and implement tooling and automations to ensure implementing CIAM is scalable.
- Elevate customer enablement by creating and refining knowledge base content, embedding intuitive guidance into every step of the onboarding journey.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong experience with Amadeus logon and security server (LSS) configuration patterns and a strong foundation in identity and access management (IAM), SSO, or enterprise security deployments.
Main Responsabilities
- Has advanced and specialized knowledge in identity and access management, specific experience with the Hospitality domain is a plus
- Manage the day to day operational aspects of CIAM/SSO implementation projects
- Support new/existing customers in the integration of Amadeus products or solutions to CIAM/SSO
- Work using existing procedures or guidelines and provide inputs to support/influence area decisions. Make recommendations on new solutions and propose improvements by analyzing different sources of information.
- Cross-department product-to-process improvements. Continually refine our delivery approach across all HOS products in collaboration with product, Operations, Training, and Support teams.
- Capture feedback from customer, document it, and bring it to internal product and support audiences to improve and simplify adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ensuring a consistent product narrative across all customer touchpoints. Login pages, support procedures, documentation, security setup should provide the same experience across all Amadeus Hospitality products -these customer facing assets must work in unison across all products and domains-especially those with shared user personas.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of CIAM/SSO solutions using protocols such as OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML.
- Participate in defining and documenting operational readiness requirements for CIAM/SSO implementations.
- Coordinate with frontline services (FLS), network operations center (NOC), and Support teams to ensure post-deployment hand off of implementations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SSO implementation packages, including internal guides, and SOPs.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SSO?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Relevant work experience
- Required: 5+ years delivery management experience
- Preferred: 5+ years security management experience in the software industry or equivalent experience.
Business understanding
- Project management experience is a plus.
