Job description
Join a leading energy operator in Aberdeen as a Cyber Security Analyst. This role is available as either a permanent staff position or a long-term contract. You will implement and monitor key security controls, manage vulnerabilities, support secure configuration and change approvals, and help strengthen incident readiness across critical systems. What you'll do:
- Run vulnerability management for programme changes and track remediation
- Implement and monitor essential security controls
- Support secure configurations and technical assessments
- Enhance incident response readiness and security practices
Requirements
- Experience as a Cyber Security Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, secure configuration, and incident response
- Ability to communicate risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in regulated or operational environments (energy sector preferred)
