Job description

  • Maintain, enhance and build HR reporting using UKG (Cognos Analytics) and other HR systems
  • Produce scheduled, ad-hoc and exception reports for HR, Finance, Risk and Audit
  • Review current reporting tools and processes, identifying opportunities to automate and streamline workflows
  • Develop and maintain data quality checks, audits and governance processes
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies, analyse root causes and recommend improvements
  • Support HR system enhancements and reporting requirements linked to operational and strategic initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve the way HR data supports wider business decision-making

Requirements

  • 2-4 years' experience in HRIS, people analytics or HR data roles
  • Technical experience with UKG, Cognos Analytics or similar HR reporting tools
  • Strong Excel capability and comfort working with complex datasets
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Clear, confident communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities
