Your work directly influences customer trust, system stability and the overall product experience., * Deliver 2nd line support for SaaS products.

  • Investigate and diagnose customer-reported issues.
  • Work with engineering to resolve bugs and improve stability.
  • Keep customers informed with clear, friendly communication.
  • Log requests accurately and follow SLAs.
  • Install and commission software on customer servers.
  • Keep customers on the latest versions.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and quick learning.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and priorities.
  • Confident using remote access tools

Nice To have:

  • SaaS or healthcare tech exposure.
  • Windows Server or Linux experience.
  • SQL/database knowledge.
  • Ambition to grow into a senior technical role.
