Your work directly influences customer trust, system stability and the overall product experience., * Deliver 2nd line support for SaaS products.
- Investigate and diagnose customer-reported issues.
- Work with engineering to resolve bugs and improve stability.
- Keep customers informed with clear, friendly communication.
- Log requests accurately and follow SLAs.
- Install and commission software on customer servers.
- Keep customers on the latest versions.
Requirements
- Experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting ability and quick learning.
- Clear communication skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and priorities.
- Confident using remote access tools
Nice To have:
- SaaS or healthcare tech exposure.
- Windows Server or Linux experience.
- SQL/database knowledge.
- Ambition to grow into a senior technical role.
