This is a high-impact role focused on reimagining and optimising workflows across areas such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, and Operations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate AI capability into real, measurable business outcomes., You will lead the enterprise workflow transformation workstream, taking ownership of how AI is embedded into day-to-day business processes., Partnering with VP and Director-level stakeholders across multiple functions Mapping current-state workflows and identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation Designing target-state processes and defining longer-term transformation roadmaps Reimagining roles, tasks, and operating models with AI embedded Driving delivery from concept through to implementation and measurable impact Producing clear documentation, process maps, and transformation plans

Your Profile We are looking for someone who combines strong transformation experience with a practical understanding of how AI can be applied in business environments.

Proven experience leading large-scale business or digital transformation programmes Experience working across multiple corporate functions (e.g. Finance, HR, Legal, Operations) Strong stakeholder management at Director/VP level Ability to map and redesign complex workflows and operating models Experience driving adoption of new technologies or automation tools Understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and how they can be applied to business processes Strong communication skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments

Desirable: Experience working on AI or automation-led transformation programmes Background in consulting or transformation roles within large organisations Experience defining "North Star" operating models and long-term transformation strategies

Contract | £700-£900/day London (Hybrid) Outside
