Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. You will work with a variety of networking technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems. Your primary duties will include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement network solutions that meet the business needs. You will also be expected to maintain network documentation and participate in capacity planning to ensure that our systems can scale efficiently. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of network protocols and architecture, as well as experience with network security practices. Proficiency in configuring and managing enterprise-level networking equipment is essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting regular network assessments and implementing upgrades as necessary to enhance performance and security measures. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are crucial for this role.
