Dynamics 365 Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant to lead the delivery of high-quality Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients, analyse business processes, design effective solutions, and drive successful system implementations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Design, configure, and customise Dynamics 365 applications
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and solution architecture
• Manage product backlogs and create user stories and functional specifications
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Deliver end-user training and ongoing system support
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and risk mitigation
• Build strong client relationships and mentor junior consultants

• Proven experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong experience with PowerApps and Power Automate (Flows)
• Demonstrated leadership on large-scale projects
• Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary: Up to £80,000
