Job description
Reporting to the Head of IT in Tel Aviv, this U.S. based IT Engineer will be responsible for providing IT support to internal employees globally and perform IT related projects. What you'll do:
- Be an active part of the global IT team. Share responsibilities and contribute to the success of the global IT unit
- Provide top notch service to internal employees globally via tickets, telephony, and remote sessions
- Perform everything related to onboarding and offboarding employees including Laptops lifecycle, software & SaaS licenses, identity provision & deprovision, personal assistance
- Partner with the People team to help onboard new hires ensure IT onboarding is easy and quick for all new hires
- The first line of response to troubleshooting hardware & software systems across new and existing systems/applications such as laptops, operating systems, network printers, conference equipment, network equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues and come up with solutions
- Diagnose and troubleshoot users and endpoint (MacOS & Windows) issues and come up with solutions
- Keep company's endpoint compliant at all times
- Accurately document and maintain our inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources
- Make sure security is foremost in everything you do
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting and managing users on MacOS and Windows and on BigID's applications stack preferably at a technology company (Google Workspaces, Okta, Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, Kandji, Intune)
- Working with a ticketing system
- A customer experience mindset: excited to dig into any issue, big or small, provide empathy and action to support employees
- A cybersecurity mindset: think "security" in every process
- A team player attitude
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Mature and responsible with confidential information as a natural part of this role
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- A very high level of English
