You will work with
- Leading BI development centred around Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse architecture
- Designing and developing enterprise-level ETL/ELT pipelines across Fabric and Data Lakes
- Working directly with Infor M3 data structures and translating ERP data into scalable BI models
- Building robust Power BI datasets, reports, and semantic models
- Delivering complex data transformations using Python and PySpark
- Writing advanced T-SQL queries and performance-optimised stored procedures
- Acting as a senior escalation point for BI developers and coordinating workload distribution
- Ensuring governance, best practice, and testing standards across BI delivery
- Collaborating with global teams on Fabric modernisation, ERP reporting, and international BI initiatives
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Pipelines, Notebooks, orchestration)
- Hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP data
- Advanced Power BI skills across modelling, DAX, optimisation, and dataset design
- Strong SQL capabilities (T-SQL, performance tuning, stored procedures)
- Experience with Python and/or PySpark for data transformation
- Background coordinating or leading BI developers
- Experience delivering BI in enterprise, multi-region environments
- Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to take ownership
