A well-established Microsoft Gold Partner based in Cockfosters is seeking a skilled 1st Line IT Helpdesk Engineer with a strong background in MSP environments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team that has been supporting SMEs across the South of England and internationally for over 15 years., * Act as first point of call for incoming tickets/phone calls

• Support and troubleshooting of Windows 11-10 OS queries
• O365 Administration (SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange)
• Group Policy (DNS/DHCP)

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory
• Office 365 Admin & troubleshooting (security, user creation)
• Basic networking knowledge
• Experience with Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
• Full UK driving licence

• Competitive salary: £25,000-£27,500
