Job description

As an IT Support Technician you will be responsible for ;-

  • Acting as first point of contact for all staff and contractors with IT related issues
  • Resolving Helpdesk Tickets
  • Assisting the IT Team in system implementations across all UK offices
  • Setting up New Starters

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months exp in a similar role as an IT Support Technician 1st Line
  • Microsoft 365 App support
  • Windows 11, troubleshooting, configuration, installation
  • Software, Firmware, Driver Installation

Person Spec for the IT Support Technician

  • Ability to work on own initiative and work well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to undertake training and progress personal development
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Customer focused
