Job description
As an IT Support Technician you will be responsible for ;-
- Acting as first point of contact for all staff and contractors with IT related issues
- Resolving Helpdesk Tickets
- Assisting the IT Team in system implementations across all UK offices
- Setting up New Starters
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months exp in a similar role as an IT Support Technician 1st Line
- Microsoft 365 App support
- Windows 11, troubleshooting, configuration, installation
- Software, Firmware, Driver Installation
Person Spec for the IT Support Technician
- Ability to work on own initiative and work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to undertake training and progress personal development
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Customer focused
