Job description

As the onsite 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will:

  • Deliver hands-on 2nd line support across hardware, software, and networking.
  • Take full ownership of technical tickets from identification through to resolution.
  • Guide users through step-by-step resolutions while maintaining strong service levels.
  • Assist with system installations, upgrades, and general IT maintenance.
  • Provide one-to-one user training and contribute to improvements in onsite support.

Requirements

  • Proven 2nd line support experience in a technical, customer-facing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience supporting PCs, servers, and mobile devices.
  • Understanding of networking principles.
  • A full UK driving licence to support travel between sites.
