Senior AI Engineer - REMOTE

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying intelligent chatbots, optimizing AI system performance, and ensuring the integration of AI with enterprise systems. Your expertise will contribute to the advancement of AI technologies within a collaborative environment, mentoring junior engineers, and driving innovation. You'll be pivotal in shaping AI solutions that comply with security and privacy standards, playing a crucial role in supporting various teams throughout the organization.Accountabilities

• Design, build, and deploy conversational agents using Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework, and OpenAI.
• Develop prompt strategies for context-aware, multi-turn dialogue.
• Build and maintain data ingestion and indexing pipelines for Azure AI Search and Cosmos DB.
• Evaluate and optimize AI system performance for accuracy, scalability, latency, and cost.
• Integrate AI with enterprise systems via RESTful APIs.
• Ensure AI systems comply with data privacy regulations (GDPR) and security standards.
• Stay current with LLM technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing.

• English level - B2 or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in AI engineering and .NET software development.
• Experience building intelligent chatbots and autonomous agents.
• Strong expertise in embeddings, search, and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of large language models (LLMs), their capabilities and limitations.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services.
• Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration patterns.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
