Was Sie mitbringen
- Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing, Medienwirtschaft, Mediendesign, Kommunikationsdesign oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Marketing - insbesondere im Online Marketing
- Freude am Mitdenken und Vordenken, Kreativsein und der Umsetzung neuer Ideen
- Konzeptions- und Umsetzungsstärke
- Eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gespür für Design, Ästhetik und Trends
- Sehr guter Ausdruck in Wort und Schrift
- Gute IT Kenntnisse und hohe Internet-Affinität
- Gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert

Product Ownership & Requirements Leadership
- Own and prioritize the business backlog for O2C processes, commercial journeys, and catalogue changes.
- Represent the business perspective in all discovery, alignment, and delivery activities.
- Ensure clarity, feasibility, and commercial impact across all requirements.
Order-to-Cash & Process Optimization
- Drive improvements across the entire O2C chain: from product discovery to provisioning, billing, and lifecycle management.
- Identify process gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and automation or simplification opportunities.
Product Catalogue & Lifecycle Management
- Maintain and evolve the product catalogue including products, bundles, pricing, promotions, and lifecycle states.
- Ensure cross-system consistency and compliance with commercial, legal, and operational requirements.
Customer Journey Enablement
- Define and refine end-to-end customer journeys from a business and process perspective.
- Work closely with UX to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and conversion-optimized experience.
AI-Enabled Business Improvement
- Use AI tools to support requirements analysis, documentation, validation, and prioritization.

Project Management & Delivery Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor cross-functional projects and delivery initiatives.
- Manage scope, dependencies, timelines, and risks with all stakeholders.
- Support UAT, rollout, change communication, and business readiness.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Business or a comparable field.
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Process Manager in digital, telco, media, or subscription environments.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, subscription models and commercial workflows.
- Proven experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to structure complex business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Understanding of product catalogue structures (pricing, bundles, promotions).
- Experience using AI tools for analysis or workflow optimization is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English & German.
Benefits & conditions
Start: 01.05.2026, Place of Work: Vienna, Employer: ORS comm GmbH & Co KG, Working hours: 38.5 hours per week, Reference number: ORSC2026BA. Salary*: The annual gross salary starts at EUR 55,000. For professionals with relevant training and experience we are happy to offer market-competitive annual gross salary above this level.
