Job description

  • Take ownership of cross-platform UI/UX solutions that enhance usability and player engagement on a global scale
  • Transform complex game design briefs into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Create high-fidelity UI assets, including icons, layouts, and animations, setting the gold standard for readability and consistency across platforms
  • Analyse existing interfaces and drive data-informed improvements to enhance functionality and aesthetics
  • Collaborate closely with game designers, developers, and artists to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical excellence
  • Develop, maintain, and champion UI/UX guidelines, design systems, and best practices to empower the entire art department

Requirements

In this hybrid role, you will blend your creative design expertise with a deep understanding of user experience principles to craft intuitive and visually appealing interfaces across multiple game titles. As a Senior, you won't just execute; you will shape the visual language and player journey of our core titles., * Minimum 4+ years in a UI/UX-related role in the mobile gaming industry or a similar field

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic expertise in interface design and UX principles, especially for mobile games
  • Proficient in Figma and experienced in bridging the workflow between design and Unity implementation
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to complex projects
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams, including remote collaboration
  • Passion for working on deep, systems-driven products and staying actively involved in their long-term development
  • Seeking opportunities in Hamburg or Malta with valid work permit in hand or work fully remote within Germany
