Job description

As a CTO Office SharePoint Intern, you will redesign how the office manages data and services. You will design and prototype a SharePoint site that centralizes budgeting, HR, skill tracking, and vendor management. Your work will streamline processes for the CTO Office and IT Production heads, enhancing efficiency and transparency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Gather requirements from CTO, finance, HR, and outsourcing stakeholders.
  • Design SharePoint architecture: site hierarchy, libraries, lists, and workflows.
  • Build a demo site, conduct user testing, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Create user guides, process sheets, and deliver hands-on workshops.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Business.
  • Prior experience in IT environments.
  • Fluent English (written & spoken); French a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with Power BI is desirable.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and pressure-handling skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a multicultural banking setting.
