Active Directory Engineer India

1.Plan, deploy, and configure domain controllers across multiple sites, ensuring proper setup of FSMO roles, replication topology, secure baseline hardening, and time synchronization.

2.Investigate and resolve replication failures, authentication issues, group policy misconfigurations, DNS-related AD problems, and trust relationship errors.

3.Design and maintain DNS zones and records to support AD functionality and applications.

4.Configure and maintain hybrid identity synchronization between on-premises AD and Microsoft EntraID.

5.Apply software development techniques to securely automate builds and updates within Active Directory using Pipelines, APIs, and testing methodologies.

• Experience with staging mode, custom sync rules, and integration with multiple forests or domains.
• Proven knowledge in the application of modern Service Delivery methods - Site Reliability Engineering to traditional ITIL, and understanding of Product-Based deliver.
• 3+ Years of experience supporting MS Active Directory, Domain Name Systems (DNS), Windows Server Operating Systems, Domain Controllers, Active Directory troubleshooting, Domain Name System (DNS), LDAP
• 2+ Years Microsoft Entra Connect/ Microsoft Cloud Sync.
• Hands-on experience deploying and configuring Entra Connect in hybrid identity environments. Ability to troubleshoot synchronization errors such as duplicate attributes, filtering misconfigurations.
• Familiarity with Entra Connect Health for monitoring and diagnostics.
• Scripting skills: Powershell, Python.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer Science or Related fields. Additionally, certification in IAM technologies and frameworks.
