Job description

Customer Care Performance (CCP) plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and strategic development of our global Customer Contact Centers. The department brings together several core teams, each contributing to the customer experience in a distinct yet connected way. The Business Intelligence and Data Science team within Customer Care Performance acts as the CAC's central data and analytics engine. We provide end-to-end reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions that enable the global steering of the Customer Contact Centers, supporting entities, and the voice of the customer. Through standardized BI products, advanced data models, and strong data governance, we ensure transparency, operational excellence, and insight-driven decision-making across the entire customer care ecosystem. The PO is a strategic and user-centric role specializing in Data Science, dedicated to transforming advanced analytics and machine-learning capabilities into meaningful business value. It bridges the gap between business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams, ensuring that data products align with organizational goals and deliver measurable impact. With a strong background in data-driven decision-making, Agile product development, and cross-functional collaboration, it leads teams in designing, building, and scaling ML models, intelligent tools, and analytics platforms that empower users and accelerate digital transformation. Curious by nature and analytical by training, it thrives in complex environments where data, technology, and business strategy intersect. These will be your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Align business needs with data & AI strategy through discovery sessions and clear translation of goals into actionable features.
  • Design and deliver intuitive Data Science & BI solutions in collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and architects.
  • Own and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring high-quality, value-driven increments.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and act as the customer voice to ensure solutions meet real user needs.
  • Improve user experience by analyzing feedback, optimizing analytical journeys, and enhancing adoption and usability.
  • Actively participate in SaFE Agile ceremonies and manage dependencies, risks, and delivery expectations

Requirements

  • Master's degree (MSc) in Engineering, Statistics & Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field., * Defined and executed data product strategies aligned with organizational goals, increasing data-driven decision adoption across business units.
  • Partnered with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to develop high-value analytics solutions.
  • Led backlog management, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives within Agile teams.
  • Designed KPI frameworks and data governance standards to enhance data quality and consistency.
  • Translated business needs into clear data requirements, improving efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Skills:

  • Business acumen: Translate business needs into data-driven opportunities and actionable backlogs.
  • Analytical thinking: Break down complex problems, assess data, and derive meaningful insights.
  • Technical skills: Strong grasp of BI tools, data modeling, ML lifecycle, AI/ML methods, and cloud data platforms.

  • Collaboration: Facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions, backlog refinement, and cross-team alignment.
