Job description
- Provide full desktop/remote support to users
- Scope, design and implement agreed ITC solutions in line with business strategy, budget and timeframes
- Research solutions and technologies that will support business growth improve workflow efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure systems meet required security levels & pro-actively deal with any threat to the IT infrastructure
- Administrate software applications (CRM, Flight Operations, Flight Handling and MRO)
- Manage telecoms and networking suppliers
- Device provision for all staff
- Manage and develop IT staff as required
- Tasks in line with your role as detailed by your line Manager

Experience in: o Windows XP, Vista & 7 o Windows Server 2003 onwards o Active Directory and Group Policies o Switches, Firewalls, VLANS & VPNS o Digital Telephony systems o Mobile Devices (Blackberry & iOS) & Remote Working Desirable

Experience in; o Crystal Reports o Server Virtualisation o Virtual Desktops o PHP & MYSQL o MS Exchange Server
