This is a Vibrant and rapidly growing organisation delivering cutting-edge electrification solutions across commercial, military, leisure and autonomous marine sectors.What will you be doing?Lead the end-to-end development of high and low voltage battery and power systems for next-generation marine applicationsShape specification, procurement, production planning and lifecycle strategy to ensure Strong, reliable supplyDefine technical standards and ensure compliance with marine and international regulationsCollaborate with customers to design Assured, high-performance installations including schematics and integration documentationChampion Continuous Improved product innovation, keeping the portfolio Competitive and future-readyAre you the ideal candidate?Qualified engineer with proven experience in HV/LV battery systems or electrical power architectureStrong understanding of protection systems, insulation monitoring, EMC, shielding and safety interlocksKnowledge of HV charging standards (e.G.
