The role of Stock Analyst will support to keep the stock and usage of the stock accurate in the system, also assisting to the Stores and Logistics department and projects with inventories, stock control and material/services forecasting accuracy.Your daily duties will include:Monitor and check stock levels, consumptions and material and services spent for all the projects at CAF UK.Assist line manager coordinating with Central Stores, Depots & Procurement departments to correctly define forecasting & reorder levels for material and services, following CAF SA stock policies, guidelines & standards.Ensure logistics costs and transport suppliers performance are monitored providing regular reports and data relating to specific areas of the logistics process.Organise, coordinate and complete when required stock takes in any location of CAF UK.Produce relevant and accurate reports and KPI's requested by Head of Stores and Logistics.Enter data into the CAF system for Stores and Logistics department as required.Ensure that Central Stores achieve and keep the HSQE Standards required for the business.Ensure compliance with all HSQE requirements.
