Role & Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from initial concept through to detailed design, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing design quality, deadlines, and client expectations across varying project scales.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate design information and ensure cohesive project delivery across all stages.
• Prepare drawings, presentations, and technical information that clearly communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
• Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle, building strong relationships and responding effectively to feedback and requirements.
• Support fee management and project administration tasks, contributing to commercially aware project delivery and performance.
• Assist in business development activities including contributing to bids, presentations, and generating positive project exposure., You will enjoy working across multiple projects and collaborating with a broad team of specialists. • Qualified Architect with RIBA Part 3 and up to five years post qualification experience within a design focused practice.
• Strong design and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and design development processes.
• Experience managing more than one project at a time while maintaining organisation, quality, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Revit and visualisation tools such as Enscape, supporting both design development and client presentation.
• Ability to coordinate design submissions, technical documentation, and specifications across project stages effectively.
• Confident communication skills with experience presenting to clients and working within collaborative team environments.
