Lead Enterprise Architect

recruiting an Enterprise Architect to join this strategically important team, reporting into our Architecture Leadership group. The role will help define our future technology landscape, set architectural direction for major transformation initiatives, and ensure our systems and platforms are resilient, scalable and aligned to business needs.We'll need you to:* Shape enterprise-wide architecture strategies, standards and roadmaps across your specialist domain.* Guide design decisions as part of the Architecture Governance process, acting as a Design Authority.* Partner with senior stakeholders to translate long-term objectives into clear, scalable technical solutions.* Lead or influence key technology initiatives that support digital transformation and organisational growth.As you can see, this is a pivotal role where you'll bring a collaborative mindset, strategic thinking, and first-class communication skills that influence decisions across a growing organisation.**Skills &

Experience*** A recognised qualification in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, BCS) or equivalent demonstrable industry experience.* We'll ask about your experience shaping enterprise architecture in complex or regulated environments and guiding multi-disciplinary teams.* Strong knowledge of systems integration, cloud platforms, data architecture, and digital transformation approaches.We anticipate a salary of £81,650.00 - £107,200.00 dependent on the skills, values, and knowledge you bring.We also offer excellent benefits including:* Bonus - Performance related bonus of up to 17%* Benefits Allowance - £5000, enabling you to create a bespoke package* Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.* Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays) and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days* Private Medical Insurance - BUPA single cover health care* Life Assurance - 6x pensionable pay* £250 - One-off payment for new starters for home office
