Job description

As an Associate Director, you will work across these integrated capabilities to shape and deliver digital transformation across our clients' mobility programmes. You will act as a strategic advisor who can inspire senior stakeholders, diagnose complex challenges, create technology-enabled pathways forward, and bring together the best of Deloitte's alliances and proprietary platforms to deliver value.

You will lead client-facing technology enabled transformation initiatives within global mobility - delivering automation, insights, innovation and advisory capabilities. You will help clients optimise the way they work today while shaping the next generation of workforce and mobility solutions for tomorrow spanning digital platforms, AI, automation, data, and experience design.

Your role blends strategy, design, delivery and leadership, with the opportunity to help define the future of digital mobility and adjacent services across GES., Client Relationship & Business Development

  • Identify, build and maintain senior client relationships and opportunities for mobility technology solutions and services, acting as a trusted advisor on digital strategy and technology innovation.
  • Represent Deloitte Global Employer Services at industry events, conferences and roundtables, contributing to the market narrative through eminence on the future of mobility and work with a technology lens.

Client Advisory & Solution Development

  • Lead complex technology-driven advisory or implementation engagements across mobility, HR, global compliance and talent functions and translate client challenges into structured solutions and transformation roadmaps.
  • Curate tailored solutions and products by deeply understanding client-specific challenges, and drive the successful scaling and integration of these solutions within the client's environment.
  • Advise clients on digital strategies that improve efficiency, control, user experience and data-driven decision-making.

Project & Change Management

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams (technology SMEs, mobility specialists, tax, workforce consulting, reward and digital product teams).
  • Ensure technology and business change are integrated into a coherent implementation plan.

People Leadership & Capability Building

  • Mentor and develop junior team members, role-modelling inclusive leadership and a culture of innovation. Support internal capability development across alliance platforms and Deloitte proprietary technology.

Requirements

  • Experience within global mobility, HR consulting, workforce transformation or related fields.
  • Familiarity with major ERP and HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow).
  • Understanding of HR, mobility or reward processes and how technology can enhance, optimise or re-design them.

Digital Transformation & AI Capability

  • Strong awareness of digital and AI opportunities across service delivery, compliance, experience and operations and ability to identify automation, augmentation and optimisation opportunities.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused recommendations.

Leadership & Change Management

  • Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and large-scale transformation programmes.

Client Advisory & Business Development

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling narratives for senior audiences.
  • Proven success in relationship management, account expansion and identifying new opportunities.

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.
  • Flexible, pragmatic and comfortable working in ambiguity.

Education & Professional Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Certifications such as Prince2, PMI/APM, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
  • Additional qualifications in HR, technology or project delivery are welcome but not essential.
