DV Cleared Infrastructure Engineer
Location: South Coast (Hybrid)
Contract: 6-12 Months
We are supporting a Defence client on a requirement for a DV Cleared Infrastructure Engineer to deliver critical infrastructure capability across secure environments.
This role sits within a high-priority programme focused on enhancing resilience, scalability, and security across mission-critical systems.
The Role
You will design, build, and support secure infrastructure across a complex environment, ensuring systems are robust, scalable, and aligned to operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure infrastructure solutions
- Support cloud and on-prem environments
- Maintain and improve system performance and resilience
- Work closely with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
- Support automation and infrastructure as code
Key Requirements
- Active DV Clearance (essential)
- Strong experience in infrastructure engineering within secure environments
- Experience across Windows/Linux environments
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure or private cloud)
- Knowledge of virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Experience with networking, storage, and security principles
Desirable
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience in Defence or National Security environments
- Knowledge of containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
