Job description
You will be responsible for the pre-commissioning and commissioning of BEMS, including control panels that monitor and control mechanical and electrical systems within active construction environments.
You will also prove full interaction between the BEMS control system and third-party equipment, ensuring a complete and operational handover., * Pre-commission and commission BEMS systems and associated control panels
- Ensure integration between BEMS and M&E systems including:
- Mechanical systems (air, hydraulic, FCUs, chilled beams)
- Electrical systems
- Energy monitoring and metering
- Lighting, fire, security and smart technologies
- Read and interpret technical documentation such as:
- Functional Design Specifications
- Interface Matrices
- Network Architecture Drawings
- Points Schedules, RFIs, Technical Submittals
- Complete all commissioning paperwork in line with project requirements
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors and clients
- Work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced site environments
- Maintain strict adherence to health & safety procedures
Travel & Allowances
- Project-based role requiring site attendance at least 4 days per week

Requirements
