Programme Manager - IT Operating Model Transformation

• Home based with some travel to ISS offices in Birmingham & London, And with the Account having gone live last year we are now looking to move to stabilisation in a number of key areas, which will require an Account dedicated Transformation Lead at Head of/Director level .

You will act as the bridge between strategic vision and operational execution, this role will shape, mobilise, and lead major initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring value is realised and sustained.

This will span IT Transformation, Engineering, Capital Projects etc

This is an exciting opportunity to make a wide-ranging impact with many stakeholders, including the client team, and improving delivery with the ISS team of over 2,300 people working on the Account.

Actions will include:

• Programme Delivery:
• Own the end-to-end delivery of transformation programmes, ensuring initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
• Strategic Alignment:
• nsure programme outcomes are aligned with the organisation's strategic goals and deliver tangible business value.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Engage with executive sponsors, senior stakeholders (including DWP client team), and delivery teams to maintain strong governance, clarity of purpose, and commitment across all levels.
• Change Leadership:
• Drive cultural, structural, and process changes across the organisation, ensuring that people, systems, processes and policies are aligned to new ways of working.
• Planning & Governance:
• Define and manage programme plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), steering groups, and reporting cycles.
• Budget & Resource Management:

• Strong leadership and programme management skills across cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.
