- Define and embed enterprise-wide data governance practices, standards, and accountabilities.
- Lead data stewardship networks and guide business teams on definitions, data quality, and ownership.
- Improve data availability, ensuring teams can access consistent, well-documented data for reporting and analytics.
- Chair forums that bring together product owners and analytics communities to align priorities and share best practice.
- Drive adoption of data governance across diverse functions, influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complexity.
- Work closely with technology teams to ensure business and technical requirements meet effectively.

Requirements
- Strong experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks within complex organisations.
- Expertise in data quality, metadata management, data stewardship, and defining business-ready data.
- Confidence working with reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple business areas.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and facilitate cross-functional forums.
