Project Leadership & Governance
Own the end-to-end project plan, milestones, and delivery across all SAP Activate phases
- Establish and manage governance structures including status reporting, RAID logs, and steering committees
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders, workstreams, and delivery partners
Delivery Management
Lead coordination across functional, technical, and integration workstreams
- Ensure delivery of agreed outputs in line with scope, timelines, and quality expectations
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and the critical path
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary interface for client stakeholders and programme sponsors
- Drive decision-making, manage expectations, and handle escalations effectively
- Communicate clearly at both operational and executive levels
Commercial & Execution Discipline
Track delivery against plan, effort, and budget
- Maintain control over scope and support structured change management where required
- Ensure strong delivery rigour and accountability across the team
Integrated Planning Across Workstreams
Ensure effective coordination with customer-led streams including:

Data migration

Testing
-
Training and change management

Provide structure and oversight to ensure these streams are aligned with the overall delivery plan
Requirements
This role requires a delivery leader who has successfully managed end-to-end SAP programmes of similar scale and complexity, with a strong command of SAP Activate methodology, and the ability to balance structure with pragmatic execution., Proven experience delivering greenfield SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP CX programmes
- Strong, hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology (mandatory)
- Demonstrated track record delivering mid-market SAP transformations of similar scope
- Experience managing multi-stream programmes with complex dependencies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercial awareness with disciplined delivery execution
