Systems Engineer

£57,000 - £63,000 What you will be doing

• Lead the design, development, integration and verification of complex systems

• Maintain traceability between requirements, design, implementation and verification evidence

• Provide technical direction, review documentation and coordinate subcontractors

• Support feasibility studies, technical reports and internal engineering processes Your experience

• Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle and associated principles

• Competent in system architecture development using tools such as MatLab or Sparx EA and modelling languages such as SysML

• Experience producing technical reports and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders

• Familiarity with UK defence frameworks, governance, policies and standards

• Must be a British citizen and able to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance
• Proven experience in the specification, design, development and implementation of complex systems
• Prior experience in multiple Systems Engineering roles across the engineering lifecycle
• Ability to work effectively with project managers and cross-functional teams to meet technical and operational requirements
