Job description
The purpose of this role is to oversee, and line manage a team of supervisors to ensure the delivery of high-quality support services to our Financial Advisers. Act as an escalation point for questions and queries across the team.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of front-end development tasks, including implementing new features, enhancing existing functionality, and optimizing performance
Work closely with designers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive front-end code
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and back-end developers, to deliver high-quality solutions
Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and stability of front-end applications. Debug issues and troubleshoot problems as needed.

Requirements
Excellent knowledge of React including associated libraries such as Redux
Working knowledge of build tools such as Webpack and Vite
Deep understanding of version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows
In-depth understanding of the entire front-end development process (design, development and deployment) utilizing up-to-date tools and techniques
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Experience with Front-End testing tools such as Jest, Vitest and React Testing Library
Working experience with Azure DevOps (desirable)
