User and Access Management Specialist

• Manage and optimize User Access Management processes within SailPoint.
• Support operational and technical activities related to identity lifecycle, access requests, and governance.
• Perform hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance within SailPoint.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure proper onboarding, access provisioning, and compliance.
• Provide expert guidance to improve IAM/UAM processes and best practices.

We are urgently looking for an experienced UAM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SailPointIQ to join a short-term, high-impact assignment. The ideal consultant can integrate quickly, operate autonomously, and ensure efficient delivery from day one., * Proven hands-on experience with SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow).

• Strong background in User Access Management and IAM principles.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
