Tasks

• Support daily internal IT operations and optimize infrastructure.
• Manage tickets and engage in incident and change management.
• Participate in IT projects and take responsibility for products., Together with our team, you ensure sustainable IT operations and are the central contact person for questions regarding internal IT. Your area of responsibility includes, among others, the following areas:

Support in the daily business of internal IT

• Ensuring operational IT operations & optimizing the internal infrastructure
• Maintaining tickets and participating in the areas of incident, request, problem, and change management

Maintenance and expansion of our modern, heterogeneous IT infrastructure

• Participation in projects both in conception and implementation
• Taking responsibility for the defined products
• Taking over daily service and maintenance work

• Completed IT education in systems engineering with initial experience.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft environments like Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and a service-oriented mindset., * Completed computer science training in system technology / platform development and you have initial professional experience in this area
• Basic knowledge in the Microsoft environment (File Server, Print Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NPS, WSUS...)
• Experience in the Microsoft Office 365 environment
• You are used to working independently and responsibly and are very service-oriented
• You are a team player and want to learn new things and develop yourself further

You also score with experience in the areas of:

• Mac OS and Linux
• Server virtualization solutions (VMware vSphere and Horizon View)
• Veeam Backup & Replication
• Networks & IT security
• Databases e.g. Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, mySQL
