Job description
As a System Administrator Assistant, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of IT systems (Active Directory, Network, PCs, Macs, Servers, etc.), while providing user support by handling requests and resolving technical incidents (Level 2 and 3). You will also contribute to the deployment of automation solutions.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
Support users by handling requests and incidents and ensuring quick resolution of issues
Manage daily operations of Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policies (GPO), Microsoft 365, and the company's internal network
Automate software installations and recurring tasks
Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows and Mac workstations
Propose improvements and optimizations for tools, software, and hardware used within Betclic Group
Contribute to the creation and automation of the IT service catalog
Participate in improving the security of equipment and networks
Support corrective maintenance actions on infrastructure
Write and update documentation and procedures in English
Ensure compliance with internal processes
Report on activities to management
Set up alerting systems (Datadog monitors)

Requirements

This apprenticeship is for you if:
You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in IT or Software Engineering and have gained initial experience (internship or academic project) in the field
You have strong communication and collaboration skills and are able to work effectively in a team and with cross-functional departments
You are curious, autonomous, and eager to learn
Benefits & conditions
If your application is shortlisted, Maxime or Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
Next, you will meet your future manager. Finally, Maxime or Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
