Contribute to SCOR transformation journey to build the 'reinsurer of tomorrow' by accelerating SCOR's ability to reshape end-2-end processes through automation, driving change, and delivering value through unified governance and measurable outcomes. By joining the Transformation Strategy & Reporting team, as Senior Consultant, you will provide enterprise insights, conduct strategic framing, and develop reports to ensure consistent decision-making, forward-looking planning, and leadership visibility on execution progress. We strongly believe in AI-Augmentation rather than full blown Automation, and see technology as a way to help our experts focus on their expertise and reduce non value added tasks. SCOR has already started that journey and we consider this phase of accelerated change requires to re-enforce end-to-end process view and build impactful strategy & reporting. Key duties and responsibilities This role ensures the realization of SCOR transformation ambitions and its alignment with SCOR strategy through Transformation monitoring, governance and animation. This is a very transversal role, requiring liaising with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization. Operational Performance & Transformation Tracking

Define, implement and monitor efficiency KPIs, allowing to develop relevant action plans on core processes improvement & industrialization

Develop and monitor a quarterly balanced scorecard to report on efficiency KPIs to senior leadership (including Group Excom)

Contribute to the creation of a holistic view on costs for core E2E processes to support process efficiency improvement (Activity Based Costing - ABC)

Identify risks related to the execution of the Transformation and propose mitigation actions Transformation Vision & Governance

Contribute to defining Transformation vision and to shaping SCOR target operating platform

Support strategic plan conception and monitoring (on Operating Model and efficiency part)

Advise and report on Transformation priorities, progress and impact

Be a visionary facilitator, articulating inspiring purpose, empowering and bringing people together

Manage dependencies with other key teams and ensure alignment with key stakeholders Costs & Value Management

Support business cases definition with project teams, both on quantitative qualitative value

Ensure financial monitoring of large transformation programs across the Group

Conduct regular analyses on costs, bringing strategic perspective and ensuring alignment with strategic perspectives and operating model evolutions

Initiate products value measurement, jointly with Business Transformation Hubs and Product Owners

Animate quarterly monitoring of Transformation & Simplification Program savings towards securitization of EUR 200m ambition Communication & stakeholders' engagement

Build and maintain strong and privileged relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, especially: Business Transformation Hubs, projects teams, IT, Data, cost & HR controllers

Facilitate regular communication and updates to stakeholders on progress, outcomes, and challenges.

Requirements

5-7 years of work experience, ideally with:

3-5 years in a tier 1 strategy or management consulting firm

1 or 2 internal management position(s) in corporate(s)

Hands-on experience of large strategic transformation programs, with both quantitative and qualitative aspects

Used to work in an international environment (incl. English & French languages mastery)

Knowledge of reinsurance and insurance industry (in business functions) would be a plus Hard skills:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience and technical training
