Lead Solution Architect - Cloud-Native Platform (Azure) - Outside IR35 - Hybrid

Ownership of the end-to-end architecture for a new enterprise platform supporting complex business workflows and decisioning.

• Design scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Define application, data, integration and security architecture
• Lead creation of HLDs, LLDs, data models and interface designs
• Translate business requirements into delivery-ready technical solutions
• Guide engineering teams through build, test and release
• Act as the technical authority, balancing delivery speed with long-term architecture

What You'll Work With

• Java-based Back End architecture
• Angular Front End
• Workflow orchestration via Camunda (or similar BPM tools)
• SQL Server/PostgreSQL data platforms
• API-led and event-driven integration patterns

• Proven experience designing custom-built, cloud-native applications
• Strong hands-on architecture across Java, APIs, data and integration
• Deep knowledge of Azure cloud architecture and services
• Experience with workflow/BPM platforms (Camunda, Pega, Appian etc.)
• Ability to define non-functional requirements (security, scalability, resilience)
• Comfortable working in Agile delivery teams, close to engineers and product
