Job description
- Own and deliver the end-to-end communication strategy for the Oracle HCM programme
- Develop clear, engaging messaging tailored to diverse employee groups
- Prepare and present updates across programme boards, forums, and senior leadership
- Engage monthly with senior HR leaders and programme sponsors
- Communicate complex programme impacts simply and clearly
- Manage two experienced Senior Associates within the Change & Training function.
Requirements
- Strong experience in change management, communications, and training.
- Proven background delivering ERP programmes (Oracle preferred).
- Excellent senior stakeholder engagement skills, including working with HR leadership.
- Ability to lead and guide a small team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in aviation, manufacturing, automotive, or pharma advantageous.
- Ability to operate at Senior Manager level with confidence and credibility.
