Job description

At Ambitious about Autism, we're currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team. The role will be based at St John's College in Brighton.

You'll provide timely and comprehensive analysis and resolution of desktop, hardware, and software issues-including presentation equipment and mobile devices-for charity staff, college staff, and pupils and young adults with autism across all Ambitious About Autism sites.

You'll provide dedicated first line IT support to users across the organisation both in person, online, or via telephone as required. You'll respond to staff enquiries regarding Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Office applications, internet access, and integration with other Ambitious About Autism software systems.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Previous experience of running a helpdesk across multi sites providing a quality IT Support service to multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience of analysing complex problems and finding solutions to technical issues with both hardware and software.
  • Strong, hands-on technical knowledge and experience with:
  • Operating systems and applications, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 SharePoint and OneNote
  • Windows networking and Windows server administration
  • Microsoft Office 365 Administration level
