Job description
As a Change Project Coordinator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. you'll connect people, data and decisions across the full lifecycle of change activity-capturing accurate information, coordinating cross-functional inputs and driving timely, high-quality responses to contract change requests
Day-to-day you'll be required to:
- Coordinate end-to-end change control, tracking requests and responses, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Gather inputs from subject matter experts across multiple teams to produce accurate change documentation.
- Develop and maintain change processes, including impact assessment, scoping, approvals and configuration management.
- Update weekly review forums with status, risks and next steps.
- Maintain accurate records and data in CRM, ERP and analytics tools.
This role is full time at 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and is based at Warminster. Hybrid working patterns are available, with an expected onsite presence of approximately three days per week.
Requirements
- Experience working in project management or a project-led environment.
- Familiarity with coordinating change activity across multiple departments.
- Confident use of business systems such as CRM, ERP or analytics platforms.
- Ability to manage information accurately and communicate clearly with stakeholders., * Level 3 qualification (NQF) such as an Apprenticeship, ONC, NVQ or equivalent experience.
- Relevant vocational training or courses in bid management or related disciplines would be beneficial.
- Full UK driving licence.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
