Interest in digital transformation and data-driven solutions Proactive mindset and outside the box thinking to tackle challenges. You are able to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience. You excel in interpersonal communication and know how to have a professional and commercial approach with customers. You value collaboration as a way to succeed Strong communication and presentation skills in French and/or Dutch + English Your technical expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical role. Experience with data analysis/visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and others. Data Transformation and Modeling:

You enjoy solving data transformation puzzles and shaping data.

A good understanding of how to model data for reporting/analytical operations is essential. Querying & data exploration skills:

A solid knowledge of querying relational databases using SQL (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).

Experience with cloud-based data technologies such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and data lake technologies such as ADLS, or similar platforms. Business understanding & problem solving: A strong ability to think along with the business to determine what are the best insights to be found in the data.
