Senior Fullstack Engineer (80-100%)

• As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Scalera AI, you will:
• Lead frontend development (60% focus) in a backend-heavy team, shaping the product's user experience with React/Next.js.
• Contribute to backend services (40% focus) using Python/FastAPI, ensuring seamless integrations and performance.
• Collaborate closely with CEO, CTO, and Head of Engineering, influencing technical decisions and product direction.
• Ship features end-to-end: from problem discovery with users to implementation, testing, and production.
• Maintain high standards in code quality, testing, and deployment through CI/CD best practices.
• Embrace a startup mindset ("chaos hacker"): iterate quickly, talk to users, and see through startup fog.
• Be part of our growth journey: Zurich HQ (Sihlcity), 4 days/week, working with a team of ETH/EPFL engineers who have already processed CHF 3bn+ tender volume.

• To excel in this role, candidates should have:
• 4+ years fullstack experience with a strong emphasis on React, Next.js, and modern TypeScript in complex B2B SaaS or technical environments.
• Proficiency in backend development with Python (FastAPI preferred), plus solid understanding of API design and integrations.
• Proven track record shipping scalable, user-friendly applications in fast-moving environments, balancing speed and quality.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and version control (GitHub), ensuring code quality and maintainability.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable collaborating across teams and directly with users/customers.

Salary: CHF 100'000 - 120'000 per year
