Job description
We are looking for a Senior SAP FI-CO Consultant / Project Lead to join international SAP programs, responsible for end-to-end implementation, development, and support activities within SAP Finance and Controlling.
The selected candidate will play a key role in managing projects, leading internal and third-party teams, and acting as a trusted advisor to the client, ensuring delivery according to scope, milestones, and quality standards.
Hybrid model in Madrid.
Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

Plan and execute SAP FI-CO implementation, development, and support projects.

Analyze and understand client business requirements, proposing solutions aligned with SAP best practices.

Prepare functional specifications and configure SAP FI-CO accordingly.

Create and deliver Blueprint and workshop presentations, presenting them clearly to clients.

Design process flows using Microsoft Visio for proposed business processes.

Develop functional documentation, including:

Process Definition Documents (PDD)

Business Process Procedures (BPP)
Provide strong hands-on configuration expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling.

Manage and control project execution: scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

Lead internal and external project teams.Validate functional requirements, new developments, and integrations with other systems.

Ensure end-to-end implementation control, including: requirements, customizing, testing, data migration, and go-live support.
Requirements
Have 3-6 years of functional finance domain experience and 4-7 years of SAP FI-CO implementation experience.

Proven experience as a SAP FI-CO Consultant with strong configuration expertise.

Deonstrated experience leading SAP projects and teams (internal and third-party).

Solid understanding of financial and controlling business processes.

Experience working on international SAP projects.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent Spanish and English (C1-C2).
