Job description
As a Client Solutions Engineer on our Product Team, you will articulate and showcase the value of our product offerings from pre-sales, to guiding partners through the integration process and supporting them post-implementation. To drive success in this role, you will have a proven track record of technical problem-solving and client engagement, along with a deep understanding of software development and system architecture. As a Client Solutions Engineer, you will need to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be responsible for partnering with clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges, and then designing and implementing tailored solutions that align with their needs., Work with the Partnership team to assist with new partnership opportunities, prepare technical sales material, develop proof of concepts (POCs) and support demonstrations to win new business Design optimal solutions to ensure minimal technical issues, enable opportunities for growth and provide the ideal customer experience Develop an in-depth understanding of Cover Genius' product technology and underlying architectures Identifying, troubleshooting, reproducing, and determining the root cause of issues that may arise with partner integrations Use SQL, Google BigQuery, Google Data Studio and related technologies to identify and present actionable business growth opportunities to partners Support multiple partner engagements concurrently, ensuring timely and successful integrations through managing internal and external stakeholders Identify opportunities for improving process, make recommendations and implement changes through automation of activities to optimise client engagements To help us level up, you'll ideally have: 2+ years programming experience in Python, JavaScript, Java, or PHP Experience with web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, JSON, etc
Requirements
Customer-facing experience in sales, sales engineering, consulting or related function desirable Strong strategic, analytical and tactical skills; must be able to create plans and then execute individual as well as with a cross-functional team Proven ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing Excellent presentation and organisational skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, A postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable
